Sadly, the Annual Conference in Bournemouth has had to be cancelled.

Full refunds of Conference Registrations, the Friendship Dinner and those who had paid for the Headquarters Hotel, the Highcliff Marriott Hotel, will all be processed as soon as the office staff return to work after the Christmas break.

We are very sorry that you need to cancel your hotel booking made through our service.  


To enable a swift and efficient cancellation process we will need a formal instruction  


The easiest way to get in touch is to use the link on our website     click here to see where to look on the website


This will open a form and you will be requested to enter your individual booking reference - starting with BEB and followed by a set of numbers i.e BEB123


You will then be asked to complete your details and request the cancellation. 


A notification will then be sent to us, the hotel and a copy to you. The cancellation will then be made and confirmed.


If your booking was made by a group representative then they will have this booking reference.


If for any reason you cannot locate the booking reference then please email us with your request including:


Guest name/s


Dates of booking


We will then do our best to locate your booking and cancel it as Admin.


We would request that you do not call us unless you cannot use any of the above suggestions as we will need a written request to action any cancellations.
