Tuesday Morning Service - to be conducted by Archdeacon of Bangor, The Venerable Mary Stallard

The Venerable Mary Stallard read Theology at Cambridge and training for ordained ministry at the Queen’s College, Birmingham and Tamil Nadu Theological Seminary in India.

Mary is passionate about education and vocation and loves working with young people and with those who enjoy communicating ideas relating to faith and theology.

Mary’s substantial broadcasting ministry has seen her appear on BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio 4.

 

 

Tuesday morning Speaker - Dawn Wood - Row Aurora

 

Dawn Wood, is a Police Officer from Burnham-On-Crouch in Essex who took on the challenge to row the Atlantic solo  earlier this year.

The 42-year-old, who is a skipper with the Essex Police Marine Unit, wanted to raise awareness of plastic pollution.

She said it was "heartbreaking" to be in the middle of the ocean and "see the evidence of what the human race is doing to our planet".

 

Tuesday afternoon Speaker - Malcolm Wells MBE, who this time will be relaying his life tales rather than speaking about a specific charity.

It’s not often you have a speaker where one doesn’t know what he’s going to speak about – the title is ambiguous.

But it turned out that Malcolm was speaking about himself and the title was good news!

Belfast Community Gospel Choir will be bringing 60 members and we also have the Loughgiel Irish Dancers.

 

 

 

 

Wednesday afternoon Speaker - Adrian Chiles

 

 

 

Adrian Chiles is a British television and radio presenter, currently working for BBC Radio 5 Live.

Previously, Chiles co-presented both The One Show and Daybreak with Christine Lampard. He was also the chief presenter for football coverage on ITV Sport from 2010 until 2015.
